fishy freeze pops
i've had this recipe for years - before i even had any children! today, i finally made them. what a fun summer treat - and so fun for children to help with!
you'll need:
- 13 oz. blue gelatin
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 cup white grape juice
- snack size ziploc bags
- a variety of gummy sea creatures
directions:
dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water. let the mixture sit for 2 minutes, then add white grape juice. for each pop, pour syrup into ziploc bag until half-full. place the bags upright and chill until partially solidified.
press gummy sea creatures into the gelatin, seal them up and place in the freezer.
to eat, slice the short side of the bag and push the frozen pop out one bite at a time. enjoy!

Man you are such a great Mom! I need to start doing more things like this with my kids. I have been so tired the last few months. I found out that after having kids so fast and all the hormones involved my body is kind of breaking down in the vitamin and hormonal area so I am getting back on track with B12, Iron etc and I am hoping I have more energy soon!! And man girl you just make me crazy talking about your size three pants! I can NEVER get there if I did I would be thrilled!! I have a girl at work complaining she is fat because she is a 1 instead of the 0 or double 0. You guys just have NO idea! lol But I am going to really try to get back on the ball and feel good about me and try not to complain when I know it is my fault and just learn to embrace my Delectable legs and buns. :o)
